His superior continuously ignored the request. The employee was skill and aptitude tested and reassigned to a different project.
This is a small incident where an HR professional can play a vital role. An organization is also constantly looking for such solutions from its Human Resource Department. It is this expertise and skill, which a budding professional from any institute should be equipped.
Such valuable certification programs initiated by the Human Resource Department surely help build a successful organization. The Human resource department will be looked at as one that is constantly redefining and setting benchmarks for the growth of the company and its employees.
Conclusion: The profession of human resource management is one that can add immense value to any organization and the proper blend of skill, knowledge, and experience is vital for the survival of the individual, the Department and the company as a whole. After the paradigm shift in HR functions from payroll processing, recruitment and retirement benefits to employee engagement, employee satisfaction and relationship improvement between the employer and employee, organizations like Gallup, Great place to work and PCMM have played a phenomenal role. Certification programs and professional associations should strive to achieve common goals uncompromising on the interests of the employer and employee.
