Afro-Caribbean Society: Enterprise Leadership Just like they are in their different societies across the islands along the south/central American and European/north American trade routes, the afro-Caribbean students understand that they have to unite and come together to assist in the development of their goals (Sheldon 2010: 159). The students under this society know that they must work towards generating the required attributes that will boost their interactions with the rest of the society while also making haste in uniting all students who are under this association. Such affiliations make it easier to create the required platforms that boost the relationships with the rest of the students, and that step towards making a shift in the way other people relate to the group is vital. The afro-Caribbean society has to feel loved by the rest of the students who will assist in pushing the members to higher levels of interaction for the sake of meeting their general needs (Sheldon 2010: 162). The important thing as students is to grow each other and ensure that the steps made towards a better community at school all start from the realisation of a better people in the future. Incidentally, the goals noted within the school will assist in making it easier to lift the society higher while at the same time associating success to individuals rather than holding it back because it is not what people expected. Current State The society is currently in disarray. The leadership is not working towards the wellbeing of al members. Most complain that the society is being held back by the fear that they could all succeed and make better choices towards generating greater motivation for the sake of all (Carr, Light & Woodhead 2014: 105). The society has not held any meeting to discuss its welfare for the past few months, and that has led to the discontent that could lead to further cracks in the group. A few people are holding the group back because they want their feelings and actions to be the main determinants of the whole group of more than 1200 students, while that could be disastrous because everyone has a different way of looking at things. The important thing is to straighten the way things are carried out in the society while making better choices that will boost the way people operate and interact within the society (Dunne 2013: 139). Importantly, people need to know that their thoughts, feelings and wellbeing count when their representatives go ahead and make choices on their behalf. This could be difficult to ascertain but the reasons for growth could be derailed by the lack of understanding of what is essential for all in the group. Working on the failures of such a group will require a unique approach that will boost the operations of any social group, which implies having a better means of reaching to all the members while at the same time creating a unified front (Dunne 2013: 143). The problem with unification is that there are so many factions within the bigger Caribbean society. The only way of making this work is using all the major methods that will boost reliance on a few policies that will see the society grow to a higher height. The lack of such a strategy will be a major loss for the people that depend on the society to survive around the country. As a leader, the only way of making people work together is by providing a new way of making good use of the strategies in place, allowing others to locally create solutions to their problems that affect them. Administration issues affect the social interactions, and that is the reason for having this intervention (Hunt & Hunt 2009: 187). Potentials for Growth Cultural integration is one of the easiest ways of generating interesting in new things. It is the best way of achieving and managing change (Hunt & Hunt 2009: 191). The problem with the issues at hand is the inability to learn about the growth potentials that are present in the society as a whole. The problem with the current afro-Caribbean society is the lack of a real sense of direction that will boost the way things are done within the society. Creating liaisons will be a great path towards bridging the gaps within and making sure that everyone gets attention from the desired platforms (Dunne 2013: 145). The idea is to move from one level of distraction to the next, while at the same time making the right choices based on the shared platforms and the real sense of activities needed to achieve success. Equal representation for all genders and factions within the larger part of the community will be a good way of making sure that the people are unified. The main problem is that the society has to work on releasing new means of dealing with the different people, have a cultural integration, and provide fair representation. This will boost confidence amongst members of the society, while at the same time making it easy to deal with the conditions that limit the way people interact at all levels. If the top is united, it is very easy to grow similar strengths and unifications at the lowest part of the social ladder (Hunt & Hunt 2009: 194). The large numbers are also a precursor for greater things, something that seeks to boost the rituals and meet the major attributes that suggest increasing trends towards a better social integration. Various opportunities need to be intensely noted in creating better and more suggestive platforms making the typical stride towards generating harmony within the school. Transitions are difficult, but they are quite essential in generating the strong relationships required to put the society in a better position. Resources and Teams Required One thing that should boost the way things operate is by making better use of the autonomous attributes that allow the student organisations to operate within the required platforms. The only problem is that the diversity that comes with any organisation sometimes gets lost in the rush to get a political outlook on issues affecting the society (Dunne 2013: 147). The problem is that the main issues that require effective advocacy may be lacking because of the various wrangles that take place with a specific timeframe. The problems only increase when the people have no clear sense of direction (Frierson & Wyche 2009: 63). As such, one of the resources is getting a strong administrative team. This will provide a new understanding of what is needed as well as the automatic creation of essential attributes as supported by the substantial needs noted within the community. Students need an organised administrative guideline that has to receive recognition from all effective platforms within the school (Hunt & Hunt 2009: 298). Another important resource requires the general understanding of the opportunities that emanate from possessing open, democratic and accessible societies that understand what students want and do not hesitate in giving them opportunities for growth. This will also require teams that aim at getting the explicit means that express the automatic support that dedicates the society to the most essential goals within the operations of the society (Dunne 2013: 152). Such high-powered teams always provide the students with an opportunity to generate new diverse views that effectively advocate for the issuance of better service-orientations for the sake of making new strides towards the service given to the students (Levstik & Tyson 2010: 102). If the teams are organised well, it will be very easy to generate the required attention to boost their reliance on their teams for the sake of making better strides towards the interests of the society in general. The impression made by the society is based on the ability to create a record that allows the future members of the society to understand what is ideal when working within this platform (Bryson 2014: 133). Evolution is another important attribute that many people miss. The society needs to change and evolve in its structures and recognition needs (Levstik & Tyson 2010: 108). This will boost the way students interact with the rest and how they solve their issues based on their feelings. They need to have major guidance attributes that allows them to implement the policies in a better way of making sure everything works well. It will be a provision of reforms for the development of the society as a whole (Bryson 2014: 136). Targets The best way of starting this change is by creating a new platform that will provide the students with a chance to air their views. The only problem is that the students will have to make a choice of who is the best to make the right choices for the society as a whole. The students need to come up with a leadership team that will make it easier to attain their goals (Bryson 2014: 140). The students have to show they understand the impending struggles and will work on making that their goals at all times. The problems will only increase if the affairs of the society are mishandled instead of taken into consideration while making the best out of what they have (Verma, Bagley, Zec & Skinner 2012: 45). The students will also require more people to present their grievances to the school administration which means a voting process must be agreed on to make sure that the entire society benefits. The targets will also be based on the ability to generate the required number of students to fight for their needs (Frierson & Wyche 2009: 78). Autonomy will be achieved if the group can elect credible leaders at the top. If that does not happen, it will be difficult to create the kind of association that brings them all together. The only remedy is to generate as much attention to the social needs of the society as necessary for the sake of attaining an autonomous society with all the access to the required benefits offered by the administrative body in the school. If nothing happens, it will be difficult to meet the targeted growths expected within the shortest time possible (Verma, Bagley, Zec & Skinner 2012: 51). Recommendations and Conclusion Any society that wants to grow will have to make sacrifices and show course why it deserves to be supported by the rest of the school. If the afro-Caribbean society makes amends to its administrative issues, it becomes easy to deal with the situation at hand, making it difficult to achieve the kind of social wellbeing desired. If nothing is done to appreciate the struggles that the students will undergo due to disoriented leadership struggles, the situation could get worse. As such, the search for autonomy and openness will start by acknowledging the importance of achieving growth within the society first and then amongst the students. Allowing such attributes to trickle down to the lowest level will provide the kind of assistance needed to appreciate the struggles of all leaders while at the same time creating a new means of working on the failures noted.
