The purpose of the following personal ment is not only to obtain admission to the well-established and highly respected university program but also to be able to embody my future expectations and goals into life. I do hope that the decision to apply to this university program will enhance my career opportunities in the future as well. The decision to continue education is on my natural interests because I have a passion for academic research and want to teach others on a professional level.

It will not only enlarge my vision in these fields but also help me to find new ways of thinking and the ability to solve issues. My interest in the field of organizational behavior study is connected with the experience I have obtained while working in the setting. These people and the corporate cultures within the companies were different and I have found that there was as well a significant difference in people’s behaviors and the organizations. I found it important to leverage the success of the organization and its employees in managing people and their behavior.

Thus, acting without procedures or direct instructions lead to misunderstandings and misperceptions among supervisors and employees. That is why I think it is worth implementing employee empowerment within organizations to establish proper behavior for their employees. I would very much like to learn more about these trends.
