These people come together and join other workers from different nationalities and different backgrounds (Kossek & Block, 2009). Different people from different nationalities have a very difficult time understanding the human resource department and have different views regarding it and this hinders their performance.
Comments – The problem statement was clearly stated and the reader gets to understand the actual matter to deal with and thus can approach the paper informed without wasting more time trying to understand what the writer meant.
The purpose of the study is to see that the people working in different organizations change any form of negative perceptions that they may have regarding the human resource department. Once people working in these organizations realize that they receive equal treatment they get to appreciate the human resource department and consequently have the performance of their respective organizations improving.
The study sought to show some of the factors that are usually associated with the diversity stated in these multinational organizations. After going through these factors, the reader gets to understand the critical factors that affect the success of these organizations and from there it is possible to figure a manner through which to approach the actual issue. Eventually there is the formulation of the actual goal of the study.
Comments – The objectives were not well articulated and this because the manner in which they are set they look very similar to the purpose of the study. The writer should have outlined the objectives clearly in a manner that shows an understanding of the goals that the study seeks to achieve.
