There are specified tasks listed for individuals with disability, for example, ushering in clients at the organizations entrance or sales or customer care stands that offer periodical sitting and standing options (Mukherjee, 2012). The possible issues with training a group of employees in their 20s and 30s is the possibility of disagreement and conflict between the age groups. This might be brought about by the need for displaying competition between the age groups.
