Respond to Discussions Marinelle Dutton, It is surely evident that changing dynamics of the world comes accompanied with an array of ethic violation activities. Ethic violation has led to many problems at most work places and the mangers hardly seem to find a solution to this problem. On the issue of creating diversity to ensure that there is no ethics violation, I wholly concur with you. In some fieldwork assignment given to us in the recent past, students were to carry out some research on the neighboring community and fill issued questionnaires. There was a lot of ethic violation since most students chose to manipulate the questionnaires and give false data instead of carrying out the fieldwork assignment. Diversity brings together people with different beliefs and cultures. These people view situations in different perspectives and if brought together, they will make good ethical decisions. If the instructors had employed a check and balance system, the students would have been placed in groups. Moreover, the instructors would have demanded a report on each stage of the processes; hence, ethics violations could have been avoided. I appreciate that I have been able to understand the relationship between ethical decision-making and diversity because it is critical and exists.
Brandy Barnes,
A combination of the two methods of implementing programs leads to successful teaching. Since realists hold to the traditional scientist values and constructivists on the other hand, implement art and creativity in the science-based disciplines, the science aspects taught are well absorbed by the students. The creativity aspect encompasses modern ways to handle situations (Rainer, 2011). I agree with you because, for the millennials, traditional values demoralize them as they engage in some extra-curricular school activities as well as science-based disciplines (Rainer, 2011). This was evident from few numbers of students that participated in sports as well as school clubs. A new club introduced in the school encompassed designing projects using latest technologies. The students were creative and many projects involved a lot of science technologies as well as engineering. They then converted their free time to designing projects and this way, they perfected their science-based skills. It is therefore evident that these two methods, when combined together yield better results.

However, from the description she gives of herself in the work environment, she indeed is a person who is an effective communicator and does not fear exploring new horizons. She encourages her colleagues to try to exercise their imagination but none seems to share her enthusiasm. Respond to classmate effects all workforce scenarios and the way each will always continue to evolve. Classmate 2, Marinelle, Quality is 100 percent essential in every organization, including one’s workplace. It does not matter where it is applied, but it must be one concept that no one overlooks. To ignore quality is to waste time, money for the organization. Each employee should be subject to different types of reviews and audits to increase the likelihood of their job performance. Though these can be a bit intimidating to the employer, it is only natural to want to keep people on task at their jobs and to continue to produce effectively and efficiently. I find that managers should be mentors and voices of reason, watching to...

...Article Review by Michelle Figueroa - Wednesday, January 15, 8:29 PM        In the article, “Keys to Building Effective Communication in the Workplace” by Billie Nordmeyer, Nordmeyer quotes Herta Murphy, Herbt Hildebrandt and Jane Thomas, the authors of “Effective Business Communications”  (Nordmeyer 2014). They state "that there are seven C’s that will ensure employees will be better communicators" (Nordmeyer 2014). The seven C’s are; completeness, conciseness, consideration, clarity, concreteness, courteous, and correctness. When it comes to completeness there are six questions to be answered, who, what, when, where, why and how. Next to be considered is conciseness. When communicating, be sure you are not beating around... Review by...

...1. Culture exists in constant transition. It changes every year and for every generation there is a brand new type of it. Modern culture is often referred to as the one lacking proprieties and integrity. Indeed, there is an obvious vacuity of accountability and respect in modern culture and the most convincing evidence of this fact is, to my mind, modern language. I believe that coarse and profane language has always been a part of any culture, but it was banned and considered rude and ill-mannered. However, nowadays we may witness an excessive amount of such lexicon used openly and without any embarrassment. In my point of view, the best example of my words is music industry. Lyrics to modern popular songs almost always include... Culture...
