Plan to help Well Being Hospital Effectively Communicate with Get Well Drugs [The [The [The Strategy to help Well Being Hospital Effectively Communicate with Get Well Drugs The objective of this strategy is to establish a set of perimeters and processes that can be relied upon to deliver the quality and depth that is required in a healthcare system. The strategy has been designed to follow the 360-degree approach that facilitates the development of a positive relationship between Get Well Drugs and Well Being Hospital in order to bring the two together for the greater good: the benefit of the patient. Strategy for communication with Get Well Drugs Perhaps the most important question that Get Well Drugs will have to answer is that which pertains directly to the nature and the cost of the drugs. The nature and the cost of the drugs are the two fundamental criteria categories that will provide an adequate understanding of Get Well Drugs products. The nature of the drugs will include a variety of key characteristics of drugs. For instance, Get Well Drugs will have to provide adequate information about the clinical studies that have been carried out during the development of these drugs and the cause-effect relationships that these clinical studies revealed (Jacobsen & Wertheimer, 2010). It will be ideal if Get Well Drugs could provide multiple copies of this material because the doctors of Well Being Hospital will be required to go through this material before they can prescribe it. The system will help ensure that Get Well Drugs takes responsibility of communicating the effects the drugs. The doctors are also able to reach a position where they can understand the role and relevance of prescribing these drugs as a result of their survey of the clinical studies material in question. Get Well Drugs will be required to communicate the post-marketing and post-sales process that it follows in order to keep track of the drug after the drugs have been bought by Well Being Hospital and used by the patients. The presence of a post-marketing and sales process is essential for Well Being Hospital in order to ensure that the cycle of productive communication sustains between the doctors and the medical experts at Get Well Drugs (Breier & Wildschut, 2006). The objective behind the demand for the post marketing and sales process is to give Get Well Drugs the data it needs to refine and/or alter the drugs if necessary and to keep Well Being Hospitals doctors updated about any developments and/or observations related to the drugs. Get Well Drugs will have to provide a clear presentation on the cost of the drugs and how the cost of the drugs compares to the costs of other drugs in the market. In this regard, Get Well Drugs will be required individually to address each counter-part offered by other drug manufacturers. It will be preferred if Get Well Drugs can provide a cost-benefit analysis about each of the drugs offered by Get Well Drugs to which there is a counter-part offered by competing drug manufacturer. Get Well Drugs will be required to commit on the quoted prices and settle on a time-frame during which the prices will remain valid. Get Well Drugs will also have to commit to availability of the drugs during this time frame. Well Being Hospitals legal team will coordinate with Get Well Drugs legal team in this regard. Financial controllers and medical experts from Get Well Drugs and the Well Being Hospital will meet to discuss the prices of the drugs once a time-frame for the validity of the prices has ended. This exercise will be repeated unless both parties agree to extend a former pricing and/or availability plan that was/were previously set. Strategy for asking questions directed toward Get Well Drugs about FDA regulations A mandatory part of the process will be that which relates to the manner in which Get Well Drugs subjected the drugs to the process and requirements that have been put into place by the FDA. Attested copies of all the relevant documentation that authenticates the FDAs approval of Get Well Drugs will have to be provided to the doctors of Well Being Hospital (Committee on the Health Professions Education Summit, Board on Health Care Services, Institute of Medicine, 2003). Detailed documentation will be preferred in this regard so that the hospitals doctors can analyze the effectiveness and efficiency with which Get Well Drugs got through the individual phases of the clinical trials as outlined by the FDA. Get Well Drugs will be required to submit a separate report on the unexpected reactions that the drugs can be expected to cause or have ever caused in the past. It is a highly critical and often under-estimated part of the process but will not be undermined in this scenario under any circumstances. Essentially, Get Well Drugs will be required to report all adverse reactions that the drugs caused and all the adverse reactions that the drugs are capable of causing. It is the one part of the report that will be given the most time during the hospitals doctors analyses of the reports in light of its importance. Any fatalities that have been recorded during the development and/or trial process of the drugs will have to report in an individual addendum to this report. Strategy to Communicate Findings to Well Being Hospital’s Staff Once all the information has been provided by Get Well Drugs, it will be used to design a brief curriculum of sorts for the staff at Well Being Hospital. The development of the curriculum will be subjected to close inspection by the medical experts who performed the analyses of the material as well as the hospital staff that is associated with medical teaching and training. The local consortium of nurses and physicians at Well Being Hospital will be subjected to a training program that will educate them about Get Well Drugs (Parvis, 2002). The training program will be divided into stages so that it does not put any pressure on the already stressed schedules of the staff. It will also allow the additional benefit of following a roll-out plan through which drugs by Get Well Drugs can be launched into the hospitals use. The gradual launch of drugs will serve as a soft-launch that can be trusted to help identify any unforeseen elements that may set of red lights. For instance, the drugs (or drug) provided by Get Well Drugs might end up conflicting (and reacting) with a chemical used in the hospital for cleaning purposes. The number of possibilities that merit attention in this case are endless and therefore it would be sensible to follow a steady roll-out approach rather than to shower the entire range of drugs by Get Well Drugs on the hospital (Dukes, 2006). The hospital staff (nurses and physicians at Well Being Hospital) will be required to stay updated with the flow of information that will be created through constant communication between Get Well Drugs and Well Being Hospital. Conclusions & Verdict The plan was designed to ensure that Get Well Drugs realizes the seriousness with which Well Being Hospital approaches the subject of adding a new drug manufacturer to its list of suppliers. The plan has been designed to be deliberately strenuous in certain areas and had numerous choke points where view points may differ between the medical experts at Get Well Drugs and those at Well Being Hospital. The purpose of leaving this margin for conflict was to ensure that there was the margin for the identification of deeper issues so that potential problems can be resolved beforehand. If Get Well Drugs manages to satisfy all the requirements that have been outlined by Well Being Hospital, Get Well Drugs will prove that it is indeed a drug manufacturer that can be relied upon to provide quality drugs. It can be stated with confidence because the requirements and criteria set out by Well Being Hospital in the above paragraphs is not only extensively thorough but also viable in medical respects. Considering the thoroughness of the process, it would not be inadequate to consider the implementation of the process on other drug manufacturers with which Well Being Hospital deals.
