The main reason why most people start playing sports is the desire to be healthy. But not everyone knows why you should monitor your normal heart rate during running exercise to reach the control over the blood pressure. No wonder they say that you can escape from an attack - running really strengthens the cardiovascular blood system and pumps up our muscles. But if you do this without knowing exactly how the heart works, you run the risk of getting the exact opposite effect - too much stress can do more harm than good for the blood pressure. There are three types of pulse:- arterial is a rhythmic shock-like oscillation that occurs when arteries fill with blood.- capillary - redness of the edge of the nail plate depending on heart rate and blood pressure.- venous - pulsation of large veins in the neck and other large vessels located close to the organ for the suitable blood pressure. How it works while running, as for the blood pressure? Our heart works in a certain blood mode, familiar to us, and each person's basic indicators are individual to form the blood pressure. Each age group has its lower and upper-pressure limits.
