Technological Advancements Over years, medicinal evolution has eradicated diseases eventually from the history of man. However,some ailments remain malignant and extremely vulnerable to various treatments. This is because; some diseases mutate and resist to drugs, thus, inhibiting chances that a mode of treatment would cure the disease (Woods & Woods, 2011). Other diseases still pose challenges even at the initial stages of diagnosis, such that, the specialist cannot establish the disease draining a given patient. The following is an outline of health measures that the organization has technologically enhanced to reach the customer precisely, satisfactorily, and effectively, unlike other competing organizations. The organization recently reframed the process execution plan to refrain from activities that many a times left customers dissatisfied. It realized that, at times, patients need attendance at their residential areas as some would not manage to visit the hospital. Thus, the organization frequently conducts the patients via telephones, which also builds up the image and organization’s reputation (Snedden, 2008). Through, telecommunication, the customers feel that, the medical provider cares more about their lives in contrast to profitability. When a patient needs medical attention, the organization sends mobile doctors to the destination, and whenever the situation remains complicated, the medical team brings the patient to the hospital (Giddens & Giddens, 2003). The organization stands out world widely as the leading provider of neurosurgery health solutions. Decades ago, the health of human beings remained vulnerable to incurable diseases that eventually would claim a patient’s life despite the relentless medication offered to spare it. Many of the dreaded diseases included, leprosy, tumors, stroke, and sexually transmitted diseases. The organization existed at a time when stroke challenged people’s health throughout the continent. The organization tried to treat patients initially but often lost them due to inadequate technology to establish the cause of the disease (Giddens & Giddens, 2003). Thereafter the organization, invested in projects that would establish the characteristics of the killer disease and come up with the best methods to solve the problem. The organization identified blood clots in the arterial tissues as the main cause of the disease, elaborating that once the blood clot formed in the human arteries that supply blood to the brain, a problem would emerge. The patient would sense fatigue, headaches and ultimately result into a comma because the brain lacks oxygen as far as the clot inhibits blood flow (Woods & Woods, 2011). Research revealed that the disease drained the financial capabilities of individuals during treatment. The organization established that most of the patients strained to contain the disease and live a healthy live once more. It further noted that, at such a time, the patient would amass the available source of capital that would enable the client meet financial bills to access treatment. Moreover, the problem remained that, despite the efforts that patients engaged in to come up with the sufficient amount for the bills, little or no cure would resolve from the treatment. The researchers recite the overall economic deterioration as another that would hold an individual from accessing health facilities (Giddens & Giddens, 2003). In context to stroke, the organization discovered that disease threatened the old aged more compared to the younger generation. Particularly, the baby boomer generation that faces retirement, significantly posed minute savings and securities on health and other schemes. Therefore, the organization’s researchers derived facts that, unless a faster and cheaper mode of technological discovery prevails, the disease would deprive patients of decent lives, as after healing, they would live in abrupt poverty (Woods & Woods, 2011). Modernized technology in the health sector seems to propel medical costs to higher grounds relating the costs to equipment discovery and effectiveness. This high costs incline despite the fact that the economy faces stiff financial crisis in consumer and business levels accordingly. The general worker in every organization demands for controlled and healthy working hours, and an overtime for extra hours rendered to any organizational duty. Many citizens closing to the retirement age are finding it difficult to accommodate it and, therefore, seek for extension in a number of years. Eventually, researchers reveal that, people have meager savings due to unpredictable price escalations that render the ability to service needs expensive, to the extent that one cannot ascertain the future. People are becoming poor in the ability to save, since an individual must decide on whether to reduce spending on necessities and make savings for the future or the vice versa. All these trends, although relative to human lives, tend to relate directly to medical issues. Therefore, the organization decides on issues that affect people in relation to the technology used in treatment of different diseases (Woods & Woods, 2011). The organization engaged its efforts in deriving the best technological equipment to solve this deadly problem entirely. Initially the company adapted the use of a quite crude method where the surgeons would inject a dye to the blood system of a given patient and observe via a machine. Thereafter, they would advance to the theater and carryout a surgery specifically on that part where the results yielded and established the presence of a clot. The problem remained that; the dye would identify almost a single clot at an injection. Thus, the organization could not assume that it possessed the best technology to cure the disease that seeks solace in the haven of dead. Therefore, research programs did not halt until the discovery of the most efficient and effective technology that would eradicate and cure the disease, thus delivering the human race from bondage (Snedden, 2008). The medical industry’s growth inclination is extremely fast, as patients seek frequent check ups, treatment to any form of an ailment, and vaccinations from other human related sicknesses. The organization clearly defines the aspect that people have a positive view to accessing the best health services. Therefore, the organization must perceive this change and steer up the medical service delivery procedure, effectively such that, it maximizes its output. Through the realization of the prevailing trends in the medical market, the organization can establish perfect decisions to offer the best services, satisfactorily and competently. The medical service provider should bear in mind that, in order to acquire technology, finance is of critical importance. Further, the organization should bear the capability to approach the relevant financial facilities for loan acquisition. The organization finds the necessary to implement technologically improved machinery and equipment that will serve faster, with ease, and to the modern day expected performance. Since the organization believes in technological reforms, it must abide to the most current technological change to reach the customer effectively. However, the decision that will further affect the medical market relies solely on the management. Mainly, the management will express the price that they deem fit to recover the cost of the new technology. Such a decision is critical as it will either ruin or build the image of the organization. The organization must establish the need that the patient seeks to satisfy, and carryout the criteria review process to ascertain the price that will suit the patients and the organization. Medical service providers cannot ignore the fact that, every new technology needs expertise to operate, and thus, the overall budget should be inclusive of the costs (Giddens & Giddens, 2003). Thereafter, the company should exercise test marketing of the new technology in handling a given ailment. The operation should cover a number of patients and careful observation should prevail during the whole process, at the end, the organization would establish the validity of assimilating such a technology to its service delivery process. The company finds a better avenue by adapting to a technology, which serves to solve those ailments that the company treats. Although the organization seeks to deliver customer services, the only way that the whole process would be a success is through consulting equally among relevant stakeholders. Doctors, nurses, clinical assistants, and patients can similarly prove useful in deliverance of necessary information. For example, the stakeholders can urge the management to price the service such that it addresses all variables with equal concern (Snedden, 2008). Once the organization senses a wave of technological change, it should start preparing to adapt at the same degree that its competitors are grasping and adapting to change. The organization should avoid ignorance that change will not affect its operations, because, as long as the wave prevails in the medical industry then no company can play a trickster turning change to a dupe. Therefore, it is advisable that an organization views change as an opportunity than a threat. On adapting to change, the likeliness that a company shall win a competitive edge increases accordingly. A cost effective product is likely to draw the company to achieving its target objectives. This is because the company will have the ability to reduce service delivery overheads during development, and hence it will become easier to enter the market with a price that targets the consumer rather than one that seeks to recover the cost of investment. Therefore, a company must choose the best technology that reduces production costs, and delivers value and satisfaction to the consumer (Giddens & Giddens, 2003). Since every new product has merits and demerits, the organization should plan for the execution process and the rate at which the company expects returns. Planning is the key to success in every business operation, and the same case applies to new technologies. Managers execute duties and obligations in accordance to the set plans, as this is the only way to avoid unnecessary failures (Snedden, 2008). The organization will thus be able to tame threats and modify them into opportunities for the organizational prosperity. The company should establish the various technological aspects, commonly employed by close competitors, ascertain those that it can adapt and deliver them better. Conclusions are that the organization will auger well in the medical environment by adapting to the various trends in technology. It is advisable to adapt to customer satisfaction processes instead of rushing into maximizing profits. This remains the only aspect to competitively, grow in market share.
