Panic disorders occur as a result of acute anxiety attacks that are also accompanied by physical and emotional symptoms. Such attacks are mostly chronic in nature and result in impaired psychological functioning as well as the lowered quality of life. The problem of this research is to determine the use of cognitive behavioral treatments to help the patients suffering from panic disorders by emphasizing on the interventions employed in the cognitive-behavioral treatment as well as the anticipated outcome from this mode of treatment.

  The research approach adopted for the execution of this study is descriptive research methodology. This implies that the available literature related to the subject was reviewed by studying the articles from the databases of Medline, SciELO, and PsycInfo research journals as well as the textbooks on the field of cognitive behavior for helping the patients of panic disorder. After reviewing the articles on the subject of panic disorder and its cognitive behavior treatment, it was concluded that cognitive, behavior treatment is a very effective remedy in the treatment of panic disorders among patients whether it is adopted as a first line therapy or it is employed as a strategy to treat the patients of panic disorders who do not respond well to the drug therapy or even as a combined treatment with medication.

This conclusion has been proved by numerous empirical researches of various scholars who had investigated the impact of cognitive behavior treatment provided to the patients of panic disorders. The most recent advancements in technology, particularly in the area of wireless communication, have allowed us to perform any imaginable task with the help of using our phones. Similarly, this technology has brought numerous developments in the field of medicine as well. As for instance, now the physicians have begun to check the patient's vital signs with the help of using their smartphones.

These smartphones enabled the physicians to view the signals that have been fetched up from the technology at the hospital.
