The hospitals chosen in this study have been selected because they represent a broad cross-section of healthcare organizations that have achieved the Center of Excellence Designation within the field of Breast Cancer Management or its subfields. Because of the large numbers of small, general hospitals, this work is relevant to both the financial state and availability of patient care to breast cancer patients.In order to clarify the presentation of this document, important terms have been highlighted in this section.
