Aspirin, which happens to be the most common NSAID, is best used in the treatment of inflammation of the heart with rheumatic fever, and Kawasaki disease. Ibuprofen on its part works in an almost similar manner to aspirin in symptoms treatments, which involve painful periods, joint inflammatory disease in children and young adults, and rheumatoid arthritis.
