I am going to set up time with my departmental head that is qualified in this area, during my work hours and we can talk during a lunch break or after work. Resources needed to be used include tapes on time management and any other resources from the American Nurses Association Website that handle the topic.

In addition, a coach on time management is needed to help the process effective. My evaluation of the “Successful Goal Setting” source is that it seeks to help nurses have better time management skills as well as help nurses be good at setting goals and attaining the goals set based on the SMART analysis.
