Personal Wellness Living Plan Healthy living entails a lot of benefits to those who practice it. It involves various activities that and programs that one must always stick to in order to fully exploit these benefits. Complex diseases such as higher blood pressure can easily be controlled if proper lifestyle is adopted. Eating healthy foods and doing some exercise can go a long way in reducing deaths that result from such chronic diseases. It’s always advisable for one to have a plan for any activity aimed at achieving a healthy lifestyle.

I explicitly consider doing exercise as crucial in trying to reduce body weight. Researches have shown that high blood pressure and other conditions such as hypertension have direct links with the body weight. Fat people are more prone to these illnesses and must therefore try to get in shape to reduce the risks. Personally, my goal is to work on reducing my body weight from currently 170kg to 80kg. This is a hard task, and for me to achieve it, a lot of disciple and advice from health officials will be very vital.

One can reduce weight in many different ways. However, before resorting anyone of them, it is critical to consult medical practitioners to advise you on the best method suitable for you. Health experts have always advised that eating a healthy diet is one of the best ways to reduce the body weight (Moreno 48). Healthy weight reduction takes time and energy, but simple changes in the lifestyle like eating a healthy diet can greatly help in the process. Keeping proper food and exercise diary will be key for me to achieve my goal.

A regular workout regime will be developed, and my diet be modified according to my doctor’s advice so as to achieve a healthy weight loss. The implementation of this plan will not be easy as I will have to adjust to some routines that I was never used to before. Having to eat fewer carbohydrates will specifically be tough for me as some of my favorite meals fall in this category of foods. To overcome all these difficulties, I will count on the support of my family members. They will play a big part in my transformation process, offering moral support and guidance.

Despite all the challenges I am likely to face in my dream to lower my body weight, my motivation is to reduce the risks of getting high blood pressure and other diseases related to body weight. It is better to endure the pain during the exercise and save your body from getting heart related disease.1 Work Cited Moreno, Mike. The 17 Day Diet: A Doctors Plan Designed for Rapid Results.
