This shows a population growth of 50% over a ten-year period. The ethnic distribution data indicates that 94% of the population in the area is made up of individual races and about 6% made up of mixed races. In terms of racial groups, Hispanics dominate the area by 38% followed by whites at 31% and then African Americans at 24%. The rest include Asians at 2.2%, American Indians at 1.4% and other races (US Census Bureau, 2014). In terms of age, the population is distributed as follows. Those below age five represent 8.

The marital statistics indicate that 71.80% of the total adult population is married, with 70.48% percent living as a family unit. Among single parent households majority are women at 75.
