Yes to Organic Juice, Yes to Healthy Lifestyle Nowadays, our society is geared towards promoting higher technology. With this, foods are highly processed even the chemicals that we never imagined to be mixed with foods are now being used. Also time has been a huge factor for us which is why we prefer packed foods than freshly cooked foods sometimes. The movie, “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” made me realize a lot of things with my health habits. Joe Cross said in the first part of the movie that he was focused on getting rich and have forgotten about his health that is why for some months, he became sick (“SEE FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD”).

What he said struck me about my lifestyle today. I am focused on studying to get richer someday but I am not minding my health. The movie inspired me to now live a healthy lifestyle and stay away from my habits that lead to early death. In the movie, Joe Cross went to organic juice diet. For my version, I could start involving myself to physical activities like sports and avoid eating from fast food chains. I will now also eat more vegetables and drink organic juice like Joe Cross did. I will highly recommend the movie to my friends and family especially to my parents because I know that they are busy with their work and they forget about their health.

The movie is really helpful in reminding people that our health is wealth. It serves as a warning to everyone.Work Cited “SEE FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD”. Online video clip. Reboot with Joe. Reboot, n.d. Web. 12 Feb. 2014.
