Therefore the person needs to receive CPR as a means of an alternative to natural heartbeat or breathing.

Essentially CPR means to breathe or cause pumping of the heart of another person when it has stopped to take place. When there is no natural heartbeat then compressions on the sternum can be used to induce the effects of a heartbeat. These compressions produce a pressure difference in the chest cavity which allows the blood to circulate in the body. These compressions and breathing into a person allow the brain to receive its supply of blood and oxygen helping it to remain alive.

CPR is a technique that can prove to be invaluable in emergencies. Therefore it is a very useful technique and everyone should try to learn it because the absence of people who do not know CPR may cost somebody’s life in an emergency. Since CPR is an amazing technique and I have a passion for serving people, I do not think there is any better way to do it. If I can save someone’s life with this little technique, I would like to learn it wholeheartedly. Even though I have never seen anyone performing CPR, I am quite eager to learn and perform CPR.
