\Intensive education to a medical doctor is a requirement for all medical practitioners, lowers risks in this profession, relevantly serves the patients, and is thus subject to compliance.

Justification of the Study
The topic of Intensive Education for a Medical Doctor is a very significant research study. The research on this topic will help me to analyze the medical requirements of a professional and effective medical practitioner as stipulated by the medical associations. This is more fundamental in that medical doctors have the mandate to prevent diseases, diagnose infections, prescribe treatment, prevent the spread of diseases, and handle emergencies (Herbert 612-616). Hence, a wide knowledge of the Intensive Education of a Medical Doctor will institute and restore my confidence in the process and service offered by doctors. However, there have been controversies to this topic with some arguing that the process is not universal in the world, takes a long time, and does not include a code of ethics hence not reliable.

Problem Statement
The controversies surrounding the intensive education of medical doctors and the significance of the entire intensive process of educating medical doctors to present a major problem that warrants a conclusive and detailed study. Indeed, although the process is long, arguably effective, and not universal in all countries it is worth going through subject to the risks involved in undergoing a shoddy education process, especially where the profession involves human lives. These issues pose a great problem in the medical profession.

Purpose of the Research Proposal
As such, the purpose of this research proposal is to address the controversies surrounding the Intensive Education of a Medical Doctor and the significance of the entire education process that medical doctors must adopt. It will relevantly address the facts relating to the topic, assumptions to its application, literature supporting the topic, and the foundation of the topic. Hence, through this research proposal, I will be able to solve the problem statement.

Scope
The research proposal will address the medical requirements of a medical practitioner as stipulated by various medical associations. It will also review the challenges associated with adopting the intensive education process for medical doctors. In addition, the study will address the limitations of the study, the objectives of the study, the research methods in the application, and the research strategies in the application. The research proposal will also include the scholarly sources and the annotated bibliography of these sources relevant to the study.

Objectives of the Study
The objective of the study includes addressing the research problem relating to the topic of Intensive Education for a Medical Doctor. To achieve this purpose of the research I will need to address the research questions listed herein. I will seek to know the internationally acceptable education for a medical practitioner. I will also seek to know the relevance of the intensive education that a medical doctor goes through. Moreover, I will address myself the effectiveness of intensive education in the medical profession. More so, I will seek adequate knowledge of what intensive education in medical doctors entails. By answering these questions, I will be in a position to accomplish the purpose of the study.

Methodology
I will use the population and sampling methods to get the relevant data to use in the study. I will hence use instrument development to advance the sampled data (Connaway and Powell 107). I will considerably use questionnaires and observations to gather the data. I will analyze the data about the research study to get the most relevant contributions. This will lead to the derivation of statistical information that is most applicable to the study. Indeed, statistical information is more authoritative and easy to use in addressing the research problem following the design of the study.

Research Strategy
I will relevantly use information from trusted earlier studies, medical journals, medical findings, records from government institutions, scholarly sources, and relevant electronic sources. I will compare this information, seek the most recent data and details, analyze it, and deduce reasonable findings to establish an informed conclusion. From the scholarly sources, I was able to find out the internationally recognized education process for all medical doctors (Heller 73-78). I was also able to find the effectiveness of the intensive education accorded to the medical doctors (Antal 436-440). However, I am not in a position to find recent and universal information about the study, and hence sampling was a bit challenging. As such, more research on this topic is fundamental.

Limitations of the study
The most significant limitation of this study is the lack of recent data. Additionally, the lack of a universal practice in the medical profession limits the comparison of the variant sources of information. This makes sampling and analysis of information become challenging resulting in the need for further research on the research topic. Read More
