Every single individual, a man or a woman, an old person or a young guy, an educated person or an illiterate laborer has different and unique perspective of this problem. Because body response to the sign, symptoms, and syndromes are quite different in different individuals. It is very difficult to generalize many physiological disorders on a larger number of patients from different age groups or communities. Therefore the collection of data on diabetes and its application on harmonious lines is quite difficult.

However, certain aspects of this disease can certainly be contemplated on an aggregate basis. The collection of information on diabetes from books, the Internet, interviews with doctors, patients and learning about the traditional folklores about the ill effects of sugar on human body certainly reveals interesting and lesson giving results. The most difficult part of this essay based on general information about diabetes was that most of the doctors and some patients who had more information would not have liked it.

But this attempt is more like an attempt at precautionary measures against diabetes. The actual problem with diabetes lies in its late diagnosis. Most of the patients get to know about it accidentally or incidentally (www.diabetes.com). Then they immediately reduce their diet and sugar intake because of the dreadful results of diabetes. The most dangerous results are the loss of eyesight or organ amputation. Heart failure is also associative of diabetes in some cases. The over medication for glucose control ruins the kidneys.

And treatment in diabetics play more havoc to them than before. The simple solutions lie in transforming the life styles. People over the age of 40 years should preferably not take sugar in tea coffee or other social drinks. Brisk walk for half an hour shoes magic in most of the cases. Drinking two glasses of water as first thing in the morning detoxifies the body. Taking more vegetables and cereals instead of meat also revamps the pancreas (Gane 1985). Taking minimal doses of medicine in the initial stages and then regular check on the blood sugar keeps you informed about your health.

The most important thing is not to worry about any thing and especially diabetes is the panacea to control this problem. Listening to good music and spending time with lovely friends is another good solution. All these things save you from Type 2 diabetes which onsets after 30 years of age. If you leave using escalator and usually use stairs this gives a boost of energy. Type 1 diabetes is the early age disease which does not cure without regular insulin injection, however all other solutions are same.

While interviewing different old people about this problem they informed about various bitter herbs whose soups could heal the problem. But doctors are not sure about that. However fresh fruits containing less sugar like apple, guavas are ok for every body (Victor 1995). Today there are more misunderstandings about the problem. This
