 Conclusion

The patient’s condition was due to Chronic Cholecystitis and Cholelithiasis buther not gall bladder stones as thought before.

 Analysis 

In connection with patient symptom ultrasound findings, the patient indeed had a problem of Chronic Cholecystitis and Cholelithiasis. This is because the liver had a normal echo pattern and showed no evidence of focal abnormality. In this case, the pancreases, spleen, and kidneys were relatively normal in appearance and in size. The aorta was also of normal caliber throughout the session. When the patient was given a fatty meal and taken back for a follow-up scan after twenty minutes after the meal, there was no change in the gall bladder. The gall bladder was still grossly dilated measuring nearly 13 cm in maximum length and 5 cm in width. Careful examination of the cystic duct demonstrated that there was a small hypo-echoic area representing some debris but the remainder of the gall bladder was anechoic. The gall bladder was, therefore, found to be within normal limits. From these findings, the patient was suspected to be experiencing a possible dysfunctional gall bladder and therefore the patient had to undergo a gall bladder hydrops

 Discussion
Young slim girls were found not to have gallstones. This is because gallstones are the small stones that get formed after the accumulation of cholesterol in the bladder. However, young slim girls have less or no cholesterol necessary for the formation of gall stones in the liver. This observation was in conformity with the findings of US research. According to this research teenagers who are obese have higher chances of developing gallstones as compared to their counterpart peers with a healthy weight.  Kaiser Permanente a health provider using a population of 510,000 children aged between 10 to 19 years, found out that 766 had a gallstone. Of these those that were found to be overweight had twice as many chances of having gallstones as those with a healthy weight with the rate being higher among those participants who were obese. Moreover, those that were moderately obese were 4 times the likelihood of having gallstones as compared to those with normal body mass index. This rose to 6 times among those who were classed as being extremely obese.

In spite of eating gall stones could not be seen. This is because gallstones are the small stones that get formed after the accumulation of cholesterol in the bladder. This implies that they take time to be formed given that their formation entirely depends on the long-term accumulation of cholesterol. This implies that the time allocated for the patient was not long enough to allow the accumulation of cholesterol to such an extent that allow the gall stones to form up. Moreover, one condition for one to have them is that he/she must be subject to unused body fats that allow deposition of such fats as cholesterol for a duration of time. This was not the case with this case.

This case is quite different and unusual because of the time allowed for tasting if the gall stones formed up. It would be more ideal if the patient subject to the experimental setup was allowed a minimum time frame of one year with conditions being such that the patient feeds purely on 
Talk about physiological chances

The patient should be subjected to overeating a diet that is known to be high in fats and the highly refined food staff with reduced exercises. This condition in which there is increased consumption of fat increased calories, increased refined foods, as well as vegetables, less whole-grain foods, and fewer fruits and vegetables would provide a condition for a rise of chances of gall bladder stones hence gall bladder.
