The child has another problem because he losses consciousness when confused, worried, or stressed. However, he is under medication and the physician said that the problem would come to an end in his later age. Abdulrahman guardian: He was born in Saudi Arabia. We came to Australia when he was 10 months old. He has a problem with communication as he mixes English and Arabic in one sentence.

He is very smart and active. Last year was very stressful for him; the coming of his twin siblings changed him a lot. His first seizure was just three days after the birth of the twins. Anod’s guardian: He was born in Saudi Arabia. We came to Australia when he was 6 months old. He is near 3 years old now. He has had a happy going all through his life. This was until when they were involved in an accident that damaged his spinal cord, but the case was not severe because he recovered in three months.

The child experiences a lot of challenges as he cannot understand the situation. However, I always ensure that he is supervised closely to avoid fatal cases related with the condition. Rahman’s guardian: It happened to him twice. Every time the situation is normal as usually eats and drinks, plays. Meaning that there is no sign of something abnormal. But from the two experiences, it is evident that he changes is daily undertaking and looks dull a day before a seizure.

Abdulrahman guardian: Abdul has two seizures and they are completely different. In the day of the first seizure, I was just discharged from the Flinders medical center and Abdul was very happy. He was also tired from this flu, which was with him for about one week. At 11.00 pm, I went to breastfeed the twins and I left Abdul with my sister-in-law. After that, my husband came to pick me up and he took me to the emergency room. I was shocked to see my child lying down and there were 20 people around him.

I thought he was dead, but they told me that he had a prolonged seizure. I tried to talk to him but he was unconscious and did not respond to me. The doctors told me that he had a temperature and this may be a seizure that comes with a fever. The seizure involves his right hand and both eyes deviates toward the right side. According to the doctors, it was a complex partial seizure. The second seizure was two months after the first one. One morning, I was working on my computer and Abdul was watching TV.

He suddenly started vomiting, I went to him and he kept vomiting. He was staring and did not respond when I asked him if he was OK. I took him to change his clothes and he was just unresponsive. He stared at me then both of his hands were shaking after that he fell down. Both of his eyes were rolled up. Then. We called the ambulance. This worsened the situation. He collapsed leaving us amazed. We immediately took him to hospital for check up, just to realize the problem. Tell me what happens when he has a seizure?
