We all know Sir Winston Churchill, as a dynamic and a successful leader in the history of the world due to his remarkable achievements. He was familiar amongst the comity of the nations as a historian, valiant soldier, fiery speaker, famous author, painter of repute, intelligent politician and above all a Statesman. Under his dynamic leadership the United Kingdom had won the Second World War against apparently undefeatable Nazi of Germany. No doubt he shaped up the history of twentieth century by his determination (Blake & Louis, 1993).

A study of Britain political history reveals that during the first tenure of being a Prime Minister, Churchill focused on waging and winning war against Germany. During the second term he focused on maintaining good relationships with the countries located in the different regions of the world in general and specifically with the neighboring countries (Gilbert, 2004). We have identified the positive traits of a personality whose name will be alive for his remarkable good deeds. What he had done to his country will be remembered forever.

The people of the Great Britain always found him besides them in their hour of grief and sorrows. By all means he qualifies for a successful leader in whose leadership the Great Britain had surmounts the number of crises that were in the way and rose as a great nation in the world (Gilbert, 2004). Every nation need such a leadership who has the courage, competency, capacity and whose honesty is beyond an iota of doubt to drive out the country from corrupt practices to the fair practices. We all know that the corrupt practices of parliamentarians, bureaucrats, law enforcers and subordinate judiciary in many countries around the globe have put the country in a shameful state of affairs amongst the comity of the nations.

The leadership whose qualities as we have mentioned earlier or we seen in the leadership of Churchill could be the driven force of our leadership to pull out the country from mess of all sorts to the way of progress and prosperity, where each and every man could get justice, social justice and fair play. He or she should not be deprived of justice and social justice being poor and down trodden. The leadership could provide man and woman equal opportunity to compete with other players in the run to seek employment according to their capabilities and capacities.

The leadership could strictly follow the theory of ‘Right man for the Right job’. We believe that by following the cited philosophy every nation on earth could be prosperous and seek a respectable place in the comity of nation (Blake & Louis, 1993). The successful leadership should have the mentioned positive qualities to lead the country or the organization as the case may be: a) integration of outward actions and inner values. Honesty, predictable reaction and well controlled emotion are the positive signs of a leader b) dedication: time and energy to accomplish the task c) magnanimity: give credit where the credit is due d) humility: leader with humility do not consider himself better or worse than others of the team members e) openness means being able to listen to new ideas.

Openness builds mutual respect and trust between leaders and followers, and it also keeps the team flow of new ideas that can further vision f) creativity is the ability to think differently, to get out of the box solutions. Creativity gives leaders the ability to see things the other way round and follow the
