Blend of Lavender and Clary Sage Authentication of the above blend in the quitting process of smoking is effectuated by the various properties it contains. Properties of relaxation of breathing muscles are present in the blend. 11 drops of lavender and 3 drops of Clary Sage make a perfect blend.

At the same time, Lavender is also helpful for headaches associated with nicotine withdrawal especially when combined with a quick walk. (Janet, et al 442) Lavender has an olfactory modality, stimulating and bracing properties that enable it to enhance its aromatherapy treatment in smoking withdrawal.
