It will also describe and give the different dimensions of health and wellness, and the factors that influence them. It will highlight on the topic of physical fitness and the factors that relate to it. Healthy lifestyles descriptions will be explained and healthy lifestyles to individuals will also be highlighted. Moreover, it will also give a description of planning and preparation of physical activities and the factors that should be considered during and after the physical exercise. Health is usually defined to be the condition of full physical, psychological and social well-being, and not just the lack or nonexistence of illness, and also as the condition of being able to maximize personal potential of an individual. It is a continuous process in the life of a human being which is focused on maximizing physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and environmental health.
