In this study, we are interested in the impact of the OLAP on the decision-making of the business. I am contacting your office to set up a mutually convenient time for this informational meeting. I will need to speak to at least six people from your firm. These people should be in the accounting department and the management position. I will be glad if you can accord me this help.

20 hotels were selected at random; thereafter the managers were contacted to avail list of at least six employees from the hotel who could participate in the study. This was done through convenience sampling since the researcher relied on referrals from the management of the hotel.

Steps:
1) 20 hotels selected at random.
2) 6 employees from each hotel were selected through the convenience method.
3) A total of 120 respondents from the 20 hotels.
