Identify the various risks that a foreign investment faces in Saudi Arabia and how they affect foreign direct investment.Foreign direct investment is essential for Saudi Arabia and is essential for the growth of the country. However, there are many problems and difficulties that foreign investors have to face when they invest in Saudi Arabia, which deters new investors to explore this market. In this research, an attempt will be made to identify these problems and issues that are causing difficulties for these foreign firms that in turn are affecting foreign direct investment.

Such reasons when identified are important to know as avoiding the issues related to FDI can encourage foreign direct investment. The researcher intends to understand these problems and find out the cause of such problems so that they may be highlighted and plausible solutions to these problems may be determined. This is essential so that investors are attracted to Saudi Arabia and FDI in the country is increased. Moreover, if the problems are known, they may be avoided and FDI in the country may be retained instead of investors looking for new markets with fewer problems. 2.To come up with recommendations that address the various aspects of risks in investing in Saudi Arabia.

Once the issues and risks have been identified, the researcher intends to analyse them and give plausible recommendations for the foreign investors so that their investments are successful and they are prepared for the possible problems related to investing in Saudi Arabia. Once these firms are aware of these problems they may prepare themselves beforehand to protect themselves and may be able to make the investment successful by facing minimum problems in the Saudi market. The recommendations may be given after the researcher has thoroughly analysed the problems in the literature review section and simultaneously assessed the results of the research that is conducted. 3.To determine the relationship between foreign investment and these risks.
