Even though, my company aims at establishing a greater presence in Kava, the current situation in the area is not suitable for the implementation of these objectives. Due to the Island’s geographical location, the Island is in a natural disasters path constantly threatens the people, agriculture, and its infrastructure. The threats to the island include disastrous events like earthquakes, typhoons, volcanic eruptions. Not only this, Kava also faces a huge threat of terrorism from both inside and outside Island which greatly hinders the successful implementation of our business plan.
Along with the threat of natural disasters and terrorism, Kava is also suffering from epidemics like HIV and avian flu which are also major obstacles in the growth of their economy (University of Phoenix, 2007). On the other hand, about 50% of the total population on the island is under the age of 15. This can be done by hiring individuals from diverse backgrounds who can bring in new and innovative ideas with them.

As mentioned previously, the Kava government is highly supportive of new business venture in the region because the business would not only boost Kava’s economy but will also solve the unemployment issue in the region and also provision of medical supplied in
