Property tax may create barriers for those desiring to build big houses, as many may not have the ability to pay. With this in mind, it obligated that one should build a house that suit his financial status and mostly consider using a small space for sustainable development. One should bear in mind that building large houses in a smaller space is paramount as it saves land space for the future generation. While most buildings are constructed using many materials and large space, instead it is cheaper using few materials at a smaller space. Using small space is one of the most efficient techniques that save money on construction. There is cost saving of construction as the construction may be in an interior building with many rooms. Building simplest tiny rooms is a great aspect to sustainability development as there is a great effect of reducing space for future generation. There would be a great deal of sustainability development if nations realized the benefits of building simplest tiny homes. In the United States, statistics show that most people build more enormous houses than small houses (U.S. Census, 2011). Still, this research indicates that most people prefer building their own homes to renting. As a result, the number of constructed tends to increase each year which shows a concern why people should regard the need of building simplest tiny homes. As the number increases, there is few land access for the future generation thus a red flag to the future economy. Statistically, the median average for new home sales in 2011 in America amounted to $221, 800, which climbed to $272,900 in 2012 (U.S. Census, 2011). Lastly, when repair comes up, one requires few materials and as a result, continues to enhance environment benefits.
