?Which global dimensions of collective existence are more often cited in moral consideration of decisions and actions taken by global businesses? Thequestion implies the influence of various factors like employees, knowledge and environment on the global business and actions. It also means the ethical importance of various elements of management like decision-making process, planning and other such activities. An organization can withstand in the global economy only if there is a collective effort from various sections of the organization including managers, employees, staffs etc and also a strong support from other organizations including the government. All moral ethics should be considered while developing the structure of an organization. This is the key to success for firms and it will make them flourish in the international market. “Indeed there are several factors triggering international convergence of ethical standards and ethical perceptions. A variety of initiatives by MNC’s, non governmental organizations, governments and international organizations have promoted this tendency. These efforts, along with the critical role of information technology in disseminating news and practices around the world, have elevated the forces working towards universal forms” (Yadong Luo, 2007, P. 207). Although due to globalization world now faces many challenges including the migration and condition children. The current process of globalization has impacted on patterns ad processes of transnational labour migration and has more recently led to increase in labour migration. Migration has bought about many opportunities for different family members. it is common that older family members finds it difficult to adjust t a new culture living style but children finds experience such a situation differently. Some of them easily cope up with the situation easily but others may find it difficult to adapt to such a situation. The migration can have mixed experiences. A recent survey points out that children of the same area have different experience on migration. But a common fact is that when migration is occurred from normally under developed section to developed area with aim a livelihood, the experience is rough for most of the families especially for children. Such situation ca mainly leads to child labour, rough, long working conditions and under payment. “The brief survey of the current wave of globalization on children shows just how large are the transformational in so many critical parts of the ordinary life” (Kaufman & Rizzini, 2002, P.16). Line of Argumentation: With the present situation of labour and the condition of the migrant labour it is necessary to consider the life of the people who suffers from the worst side of all these. With globalization the purpose of migration is mainly employment and the migrant labour especially children are suffering from the change situation. So it is important consider the moral values behind these process in order to protect the people from all these. “Under contemporary globalization, international labour mobility has increased, while levels of exploitation and deregulation have accelerated. Lack of legal protection for migrant workers heightens their attractiveness as instruments of 'maintaining competitiveness' because they are obliged to work in situations where decent work conditions are not enforced. Irregular migrants are especially vulnerable because the threat of apprehension and deportation thwarts unionizing and exposure of dangerous working conditions” (Taran & Geronimi, 2003). For an organization to be successful in the global market, internal and external issues regarding the organization as well the migrant labour and their families is to be considered. “From the perspective of social responsibility, business ethics embodies standards, norms and expectations that reflect a concern of major stake holders including consumers, employees, share holders, suppliers, competitors and the community” (Ferrell, et al, 2009, P.36).        Corporate social responsibility and business ethics infuse the consideration of moral issues regarding various business decision and actions. “Business ethics is the behavior that a business adheres to in its daily dealings with the world. The ethics of a particular business can be diverse. They apply not only to how the business interacts with the world at large, but also to their one-on-one dealings with a single customer” (Business Ethics, 2011). The plan of labour migration policies has become one of the most divisive and contentious problems of public policy making in several countries. Global labour migration makes a complex set of social and economic benefits and costs for the getting country, immigrant workers and their countries of derivation. These result may sometimes be in clash with each other, and therefore policies cannot be made without certain trade-offs. “Labour migration policy creating is an intrinsically moral exercise that needs a discussion of ethics and values, not just of facts. Labour migration generates a complex set of economic, social, political, cultural, environmental and other consequences for individuals, communities and countries as a whole” (Human mobility and development, 2009). Moral consideration of decisions and actions undertaken by international organizations are mostly related to the missions of government, financial and multilateral institutions. Business ethics has both descriptive and normative dimensions. Since it is a career specialization and a corporate practice, this field mainly comes under the normative category. The quantity and range of ethical problems in businesses reflect the interaction of wealth maximizing behavior with non-economic organizations. A totally understudied position of migration and globalization is the effect of these procedures on children. A study of the history of migration discloses that family migration has never been a procedure in which the total group necessarily moves jointly to a new place. “On the contrary, history indicates that much of this process was traditionally concerned with the resembling of family members remaining in the home community, even when this separation was associated with great distances. In particular, concern about reuniting with children has various forms of chain migration” (Bahira Sherif Trask, 2009, P. 73). With nowadays instant communication capacity, the loss connected with migration over great distances has been somewhat assuaged by permitting family members to stay in close touch. The fabulously high migration statistics signify that the new labour opportunities resulting from globalizing forces encourage and allow both women and men these leaver their families behind so as to earn wages that can then be sent back home. These transient immigration is helpful to the growth of their children has turn into a controversial issue. “A growing number of international companies have adopted comprehensive ethics programs involving ethics training and, often, a published code of conduct for all company personnel. An effective integration of the company’s ethics program and the business behavior of the company’s people depend on top management, and training, enforcement and leadership by example are essential to success” (Phatak, 2006, P. 537). Considering all the issues, it transpires that moral ethics, behind various processes, govern different decisions and that many factors work together in deciding the structure of the business organization.
