To have an attitude is something and to act based on that attitude is some thing else. For example, one can. But can anybody afford to read all the two million tweets he gets? This is the point at which information turns into junk. And it is in this context that the new media looses its power and just remain highly perishable. Though this short-lived information and communication phenomenon played a great role in the downfall of Charlie Sheen, it is yet to be seen how it will impact the career of Charlie Sheen as an actor and a performer.

In the case of Charlie making a bouncing reappearance on television screen in yet another successful show, all the negative readings will fade into air and we will see the macho “winning” once again.
