  • Physical

Strength is the aspect of being physically strong, having the capability of sustaining the exertion of force without breaking. In most instances, the word is misunderstood. Many people interpret strength to means material form. However, other people associate it with strong emotions and spirituality. Physical strength is significant for every person, and I will perfectly show why it is integral in my definition paper on the word "Strength" essay. When you are physically fit, you are healthy, meaning that you can protect yourself and those around you. However, physical strength is a burden to some people. Some individuals do not have good behavior, and they might use their physical strength to harass other people. For instance, a bully that takes advantage of their physical strength to cause anguish and pain is not using theirs for the greater good. A man that hits his wife because they can easily overpower them is misusing their physical strength. They ought to apply this energy to provide comfort rather than cause mayhem. For a person to positively utilize their strength, it takes an ideal mental willingness to act right, which means mental strength. Mental Strength and Its Significance Our minds are the biggest determinants of our capabilities, and it controls whatever we do. Therefore, having an excellent intellectual strength is a great thing. If you can control or regulate all your situations, then you are mentally strong. Young minds do not have great mental strength. As we grow and earn more knowledge, we create strong minds and better mental strength. Even though karate teaches self-defense, the primary focus is on intellectual strength. During karate lessons, the teacher instructs their student only to utilize karate as self-defense, and it takes a lot to conserve your technique. It means that they will use massive strength to prevent themselves from using the defense tactics they have learned.  A perfect depiction of how intellectual strength works is in a relationship. Without excellent mental strength, a couple would hardly manage the first year together. Also, in every learning process, one has to have the right patience and persevere from the beginning to the end to grasp sufficient knowledge. It is all about having the right mental power. What Is Spiritual Strength? Spirituality is a sensitive topic for many individuals as spiritual strength is more about self-assurance. Faith and trust are the primary pillars of religious beliefs. What is the measure of having spiritual power? When a pastor decides to stay in the church because of their strong opinions when facing strong backlash from a congregation that has lost faith in God, is he showing great strength? It is upon the pastor's judgment and adherence to their beliefs to make the right call. If they feel that it is God's will to stay or leave, then let it be. It takes much spiritual courage to distinguish the wrong and correct path. One might have spiritual power during good and hard times. What happens to a man that suddenly falls and develops paraplegia and has to beg for help for the rest of their life? Spiritual weakness can come in numerous ways, like rejecting God, blaming Him for all the problems that befall us. Others believe that ideal spiritual power is about doing good things and recording everything. Certain individuals are spiritually strong such that they hardly waiver during hard times. In the Bible, Job was a man of great divine power, and if I were in the same shoes, I wouldn't allow myself to suffer as he did. Job is a perfect example of someone with all it takes and the best combination of mental, divine, and tangible power. ...Download file to see next pagesRead More
