Extending Duration of Copyright Protection: A Detriment to Public Interest

...Extending Duration of Copyright Protection – a Detriment to Public Interest I. Introduction. Copyright history is a relatively short one. It was not until the 18th century that the rights of the authors in their works started to be recognized in legislation.
