It consisted of individual notes that would remind of specific things when it comes to writing the notes up. Hence, I took some straight observational notes recording all I saw relevant to my research questions. My ultimate aim was to get a sense of the dilemma of incorporating technology in teaching and training and drawing recommendations. Meaningfully, technology itself can process moral and ethical qualities, but the issues I considered are on how the application of technology in education creates ethical conflicts.
