Re: Organization Feasibility
Currently, cost saving and productivity are more critical in the organization. The organization produces new products and sells them on retail and wholesale bases. The sales attained are not enough and the organization needs improvement on the production and sales. The organization does not deal with second-hand products and it should be attaining more sales. The head office is located in California and the products are aimed to be supplied to the people in California and other States.
The staffs in the organization are conversant with the operation and there is no need for doing away with any employee. It is important to work with the current employees as they a familiar with some of the organization’s customers. The marketing strategies should be revised. The company should carry out intensive online marketing over social media in order to create awareness of the products to people in different regions of the world.
For improvement and undertaking the revision of the project, the organization needs more funds. The organization should seek loans from local banks. The organization's savings should also be utilized in order to undertake the project.
For expansion purposes, the organization needs more production machines and an additional vehicle for transportation. Ten computers are also needed for internet marketing, recording and storing the information.
The organization needs to have a General Manager who will oversee the progress and performance of each department. The General Manager should be in possession of a Masters's degree in Management and five years of experience at the management level.
All those revisions are aimed to improve the organization’s performance and attain more sales.
