The two axes are appropriately labeled. However, the bar graph does not have a title. Different colors have been used to enhance the meaning of the graph and for easier comparison between the years. In overall, the graph shows the relation between the two variables (Bar Graphs).

The pie graph has a title. The proportions are clearly labeled. The use of color to contrast the different portions enhance contrast and enables easier comparison. Moreover, the proportions add up to 100%. The pie graph is appropriate as it provides a graphical percentage proportion of the data to be analyzed. This enables easier interpretation and inference (Rampell).
