of Actions of the team that made the project a success in an efficient manner In order to have efficiency in the achievement of a project, my team work made sure to explore the characteristics of an effective teamwork. The team then made a common objective that was part of every member. Participation was also evident on the team in that everyone was pro-active in the cause of a challenge. The definitive aspect of the group was that there was open communication in that every team member was able to disclose his thoughts in a bold manner (S.V.Sowani).

The writer of the email tends to apply a harsh tone that may be a reflection of rudeness. The writing is also in an informal manner taking into account that the chief of the institution is the person addressing the subordinates. The paper also stresses the consequences in a way that they appear as threats. The use of the exclamation mark at the end of the third paragraph is also not of use since it may imply that the writer is shouting.
In order to rectify the appearance of the dispatch, there is a need to employ courtesy words such as please. The correspondence should also begin with a salutation as an expression of respect. The efforts of the company to provide emails should not be an expression of a favor. The language should be in the manner that encourages communication at work. The end of the letter should also end with a closing remark that is also a sign of high opinion.
