My biography as a writerChildhood is an interesting stage in life because it sets the foundation of what we will be as grown-ups. As a child, my passion was reading and writing. Nothing ever passed my sight without reading be it a signpost, newspaper, a piece of old ragged magazine, or a torn piece of paper with writings on it. My passion for writing developed as I grew up into a full-blown interest in writing shaped by several experiences. First, I have grown up admiring my aunt’s writings, which a appear in a weekly magazine.

My aunt has a segment where she discusses uncommon health issues affecting the society especially those living in low-income communities, and how they can go about addressing these health problems. I draw inspiration from her passion and determination to expose untold health issues and give a solution to those suffering from such health conditions. Secondly, as I grew up, we moved from town to town because of the nature of my father’s work. While going through several places I experienced and noted interesting differences in cultures, way of life among others that captured my attention.

This experience gave me more desire to write about my encounters in different towns. I believe that societies and communities are unique entities that make up the complex and interconnected system of human life. The difference in cultures, language, traditions, and practices make each community unique and worthy in its own. The desire to bring out the nature and worthiness of every community and present it to the entire world is what drives me to write. As a writer, I aim to make a difference in the world with my works by educating people and creating awareness through my writing.
