The article suggests that one of the ways to solve problems is what is referred to as communication strategies. This is because communication strategies can overcome problems since it presents some logical organization of varied communication skills within a certain theoretical framework.
The article further discusses problems that are realized in communication skills and identifies social barriers as some of the ways that affect communication skills. In conclusion, the article notes that there are still some problems that exist and there is a need to create further emphasis to enhance staff, and patient satisfaction.
