The immigrant could be given the opportunity to make their own decision and have their own freedom, Immigration contribute to the changes and development. An immigrant wouldn’t have moved if they did not imagine the better standard of living. The quality of life is important and improved with immigration. This is usually not experienced by the citizen yet it is one of the most important benefits immigration provides. It contribute to the immigrants better opportunities, better chances to fulfill their aims and objectives, and a better way of life   The living standard of people in the country, is indicated by using the real income per capital and real consumption by capital and also more foreign income is being generated.. The social and cultural aspects of the people are also a main factor to be considering these reduce the cost of labor market in the country and enough business establishments in the country.  Immigrants filling up those jobs reduce the work of consumers, producers and results in increased economic welfare. The goods produced by the energy of immigrant workers can also contribute additional income as the goods can be sold at lower price. The cost of market in a country reduces due to a increased number of people in the country. This helps the country lower the labor cost as a result of the people willing to work for the lower wages than the citizen. The creating of business in the country increases as a result of different people set to establish different businesses. The country increases the number of businesses established, and this in turn increases the options among the consumers due to a larger market. The population size increases the number of skilled laborers and hence positively influences productivity which changes the economic differences such as investment and trade. In essence immigrants increase to the diversity of a society. People these days are leaving poor countries to change their way of living. One of the reasons is that these emigrants need to work to get money for their families. These emigrants some of them are from the poor countries and being ignored from their governments. These kinds of workers benefit the countries a lot and help them gain more profit. However, immigrants may dominate the work force and occupy more prominent positions than the locals and that’s a problem. When this happens it could result in some differences and misunderstanding between the immigrants and the citizens. At times some citizens threaten the life of the immigrant this could cause conflicts. In this essay I will show the result of advantages and disadvantages about the immigration.   The difference in the languages is also a factor to be considering when one hires an immigrant that cannot speak the language of the country. This could be so difficult for the immigrants to bring attention to customers despite the immigrants having good working experience for the job. In this case, employees will be required to pay for language training. In addition, when hiring immigrants, one needs to make sure all necessary documents are legally issued to prevent charges against hiring illegal immigrants. However, business owners are often tempted to ignore this as they benefit from low labor costs. Immigrants in developing countries also raise the level of crimes such as illegal diamond trafficking or mining which takes place in many African countries today. These events are often dangerous to people who are lured to taking part in these illegal activities and hence increasing the death toll in a developing country and affecting the ratio between dependents and working sector. The rate of corruption in the country increases as a result of different people with different aims. The government will also be required to invest more money in handling corruption issues which increases the country’s expenses. ,In addition, developing countries are also potential drug activity zones by immigrants as the law enforcement authorities are less advanced in handling such situations. There are no proper checks on the immigrants in developing countries and they could range from educated hardworking individuals to robbers, con men and rapists. Culture is an integral aspect of each society and this is largely affected by immigrants. In developing countries, people have different views. An example is the view on homosexuality which is widely criticized in the majority of African countries but accepted in most of the developed countries. Hence, this could lead to hate crimes in these countries or a conflict due to different views. Mixing with new cultures could also be advantageous as this broadens a society’s views and could help developing countries in cooperate views in their society which are influential in the development of the country. There are also legal considerations that must be put into perspective as these are central in migration. The main disadvantages involve the fact that immigrants who are partaking in unethical and illegal activities are not citizens and will likely only be deported to their countries. However, the impact and damage they have on the society will be left unaccounted for and this is a problem in developing nations. In fact, the majority of immigrants in developing countries can be assumed to be looking for the easy and unconventional ways to success as these countries have less binding laws. This is assumed due to the fact that the working as well as living conditions in these countries are poor and uninviting from a professional level. However, exceptions can be made for humanitarians who carry out their professions in these countries to assist the less fortunate. In summation, the disadvantages of immigration in developed countries outweigh the advantages. The community is subject to illegal and unethical business practices and trade. Moreover, the local businesses are likely to be bankrupted by bigger multinational firms which have a larger budget. Stricter laws should be placed on both immigration and emigration in these countries to ensure that the people work towards developing and improving their own country.
