How to Clean Lungs after Quitting Smoking
Everyday smokers always subject their lungs to scarring. This is an effect of smoking that come as a result of long term exposure of the cigarette smoke. This leads to reduced oxygen supply to the body tissues. There are many ways that affected people can naturally detoxify their lungs and live a healthy life after quitting smoking. These natural means can start cleaning up your lungs of the countless toxins that have damaged them subsequent to smoking for a long period of time. There are various stages that you can follow in order to help get rid of toxins in the lungs. This includes:
Stage 1
It is important to ensure that you stay away from carbon monoxide dense areas, for instance near factories that emit toxic gases, near vehicle exhaust pipes and other cigarette smokers. It is crucial to consider staying safe as this reduces your chances of getting back to smoking and helps you reduce continuous intoxication. Avoiding these areas will help in ensuring that the lung cleaning process is successful.
Stage 2
It is important to eat healthy foods and also consider taking lots of fruits especially pineapples.
