Naturally men are superior to women and there is lots of scientific evidence attached to it. By physical appearance itself, men have superiority due to their muscle built and structural composition. Men are more confident in their walk, communication and interaction in daily life. Men are practical and do not get emotional like women. Women due to their feeble mind get quickly afflicted emotionally and take decision that is wrong or inappropriate. Generally speaking, women need protection from men in all dire situations like natural calamities, physical contingencies and financial distresses. God created men to support and protect women as she is a delicate creation both in physical and emotional sense.
Men and women are both created by God and they have a purpose which does not conflict with one another. If men have strong physique and practicality, women have tolerance, patience and sacrificing quality which is equally appreciative. Men alone are not able to manage and control a family life, as it needs hard effort and contribution from women too. If men have social responsibilities then women have the responsibility to take control of home, children and husband which is a demanding task. As per (MLC, 2003)”Men are physically stronger. By nature, they are usually more aggressive and externally oriented. In contrast, a woman usually embodies the ideal of inner dignity. Men are physically strong but the emotional and mental strength of women is empowering”.

From then on, EU incessantly addresses the issues pertaining to the equality between men and women. As a result, the scope of the activities of the EU on this ground has developed broadly, thus, directly influencing women's day-to-day lives ("EWL and the European legislation on equality for women and men" 2004).
This argument leads to the debate whether gender biases exist in workplaces. It is arguable that female and male are able to show similar characteristics when performing their duties. Further, the debate on the treatment of various genders in workplaces helps to test whether equality exists in the society.
The author deduces that the model envisages a person who has perfect self-interest, perfect rationality and perfect information. This concept owes its genesis to Utilitarian economists like Jeremy Bentham who propounds that society should aim for the greatest happiness of the greatest number by maximizing the total utility of individuals.
Even before, according to Robin Turner (1997), the philosophies had somewhat differentiate women from men. Plato looks at women as more animal than human because they reason less as compared to men. Aristotle looks at man as "rational animal".
But if you look at these two sexes, it is pretty obvious that they have differences in their physical appearances.
The world became an increasingly competitive place for producers, sellers and marketers. The charm of profits and dollars had blinded the producers to such an extent that they had no hesitation in crossing
The reasons for restriction to access the top positions emerge from the sexual division of labour and the prevailing male dominated work culture. Many studies have shown a positive correlation between presence of women at top positions and productivity as women add to the diversity and better decision making.
The focus is on understanding the impact of state, market and family arrangements and how this affects women in the UK and elsewhere. The welfare systems are analyzed here and the aim is to assess UK's social policies that meet the welfare needs of women, in particular.
Men, in most cases, are summoned to participate in the battle or out to earn a living, and women also have their share in the same fields. In this modern time, support of gender equality has taken a broader scope. The women of today have the right to vote, and be appointed to office in the government.
