The government can firstly participate and launch programs that increase the awareness of the importance of vitamin D among the population of the UK. Secondly, they need to ensure that vitamin D supplements are easily accessible for the people of the UK and are available at cheaper rates. This can be done by subsidizing the supplement market of the UK.
