The Person Who Really Influenced My Life - Essay Example

Every person has a source of motivation and inspiration, a foundation that drives a person and from which an individual strives to achieve personal and socially set objectives. While some people may have been influenced by events, Chris, my elder brother, influenced my life. His outstanding attributes such as being an excellent athlete, loving, and intellectually gifted has greatly influenced me, especially because I have always looked up to him.Chris is a hard-working person. As we grew up, I always noticed him studying in his room and he encouraged me to read alongside him.

His hard work in academics was rewarded by his generally high intellectual level that outmatched his classmates. This also helped him to establish his personal business against economic strains. He defied economic odds and saved every possible portion from his low initial income, in his youth, to establish a small business that has continually grown.  While his loving and caring attitude protected me from bullying schoolmates when I was a child, he taught me as an adult, the benefits of loving and caring for the macro society.

His life has therefore inspired me to be hardworking, loving and caring, as explorative of my potentials.
