Adlerian psychotherapy, developed by renowned psychiatrist Alfred Adler, might benefit Corey, because Adler treats the whole person, mind and body. On the other hand, the generalized and somewhat idealistic principles set forth by Adler might not have the needed effect, simply because Corey must be willing to accept offered therapy, and with his lack of maturity and resistance to authority, that is doubtful (Watts 2003).
