Why RIT and Industrial Engineering? Industrial engineering has a very vital role to play in the modern business climate. It is really a highly challenging and presently the most sought after profession. It deals with optimizing complex processes and systems. So, Industrial Engineering has its role in all fields ranging from manufacturing units, airlines, hospitality and many more. The most attractive feature of this most challenging field is that it gives a lot of space for creativity. It gives one a chance to be creative as the job involves innovating new processes and systems that enhance efficiency.

In fact, I have a keen interest in everything related to engineering. Due to this interest in engineering, I have done a lot to make a successful career in industrial engineering. Even during my high school years, I used to visit various websites and read various articles related to industrial engineering. Yet another factor that makes me fit to be in industrial engineering profession is my good mathematical abilities. As a high school student, I used to score --------- in mathematics. In addition to all these, I am good in quantitative methods too.

Admittedly, industrial engineering is a profession whose time has come. Presently, all companies in all fields ranging from media, hospitality and airlines are all looking for ways to solve the existing problems in their processes and also to improve their efficiencies through better designs and processes. So, evidently, industrial engineering is going to have a good time ahead that is both challenging and inspiring. In fact, for someone like me with a lot of interest in industrial engineering with good skills in mathematics, the best option presently is industrial engineering.

Another important reason for me to join industrial engineering is the large number of job opportunities. As it is necessary for all fields to have industrial engineers, it is certain that one will have a large number of job opportunities on completion of this course. There are a large number of reasons that made me choose Rochester Institute of Technology for my course. Evidently, it is very necessary for someone who wants to become a good industrial engineer to have knowledge about the latest developments in industries and the unsolved issues in the field.

One without knowledge about the latest developments in the business field will not be able to take up the challenges on joining the field. There arises the importance of Rochester Institute of Technology. It is well known throughout the world for its up-to-date classroom practices, latest syllabus, excellent infrastructure and highly experienced faculty. In addition, the certification from Rochester Institute of Technology will help me present my engineering credentials to potential employers around the world.

Yet another point that makes the Institute my one and only choice is that it offers a pleasant and unforgettable campus life that is vibrant with activities. RIT places emphasizes on personal, one-to-one care that ensures that each student gets a chance to solve their problems independently. There are some more reasons that made me choose Rochester Institute of Technology. Firstly, studying in the US itself is beneficial to have access to various potential employers. Thus, in total, it becomes very evident that I am fit to be selected for Industrial Engineering for my passion, dedication and skills.

I am sure that I will be able to make significant contributions in the field that will make the Institute proud of me.
