Additionally, the Exhibition and event organizations should consider as purchasing and installing exhibition management software. The software is necessary for ensuring a flawless delivery of information due to its effective planning, management and communication mechanisms that helps to create a positive impression for both exhibitors and attendees. However, some difficulties and challenges are sometimes experienced in cases where information has to be transmitted through multiple software programs. Therefore, Ungerboeck software may be only necessary for a single software integrating as opposed to multi functional software. Nonetheless, the most vital functions that supports the functions of this organization can be supported by Ungerboeck software that is, it ability to integrate event management, sales, registrations, stuff scheduling, and event and exhibition solutions for Customer Relationship Management (USI Ungerboeck, 2013); thus, it will be vital tool in elevating the management system when incorporated in the organization. The most applicable methods to be considered include: i) Online Research - this will help in identifying features of the software being offered, benefits, added support systems, and other crucial details that are necessary to the organization. ii) Feedback – this mode of data collection will mainly concentrate on the organization’s targeted clients. The feedback from the end users will enable the management to adjust the necessary feature to the comfort of the clients; otherwise, delete features that are not necessary for the intended use. iii) Secondary Sources - information will also be collected from secondary sources including books, journals, and internets to help in selecting the most effective way to install and sensitize the users on the effectiveness of the software. It should be noted that both primary and secondary research are crucial modes of gathering relevant and crucial information regarding the effectiveness, installation, and other features of Ungerboeck software. The mode of data collection will range from the use of questionnaire and interviews to survey. However, the mode to be applied will depend on the available time, resources, and funds. The system helps in generating profits within short period after installation since fewer resources are used in the management. The number of departments are reduced and hence making the overall process easy to monitor and manage. The organization’s expenditure is also reduced through employment of fewer workers than the ones required before purchasing of the software.
