Thus, an organization may possess large number of employees from different cultures. Under such a situation, there can be chances of ethical conflicts since their personality traits may not match with each other due to perceptional variance in their political, religious, and cultural norms. In recent years, business and organizations have recognized the importance employees’ cultural integration. And they have framed elaborated training programs for the development of a culturally competent worksite environment.

By admitting and respecting individual differences, employees contribute to a healthy worksite where they can work without unnecessary stress or strain. Creation of worksite relationship is another major objective of organizations by implementing training programs as a part of ‘valuing differences’. It is obvious that healthy worksite relationship is necessary for any business concern as it has the potential to affect the firm’s productivity. . Finally, by the valuing differences focused training sessions, organizations aim to develop a supportive attitude among their employees.

Employee mutual support is necessary for every business firm to carry out its operations flawlessly and smoothly. In order to develop a newly recruited employee, an organization necessarily needs the active cooperation of existing personnel. In addition, project managers or other organizational leaders require the effective support of his followers to complete a specific task successfully. Employees who are struggling at performance level essentially need strong support from their co-workers for developing their job skills.

Moreover, supportive attitude among its employees will certainly aid a firm to attain better organizational culture. Implementation of identified objectives In order to teach the identified objectives to employees at all levels of an organization, concerned managers must frame some policies. To develop mutual respect among employees, the organizational management can adopt some strict policies as the absence of this factor may sometimes threaten the existence of the organization. Departmental managers can have a great influence on training employees to respect individual differences.

They have to strictly monitor employees’ worksite behavior and take disciplinary actions if any employee is found guilty. Such strict practices may assist an organization to put a moral check on employees and thereby ensure the cultural integrity of workers. For the formation of interpersonal relationship among the employees, organization must provide worker opportunities and enough time for effective interaction. For this
