Gender of people can be considered as one of the major aspects that differentiate the conversation style of people as the psychology of men and women is different. Therefore, the way of communication and presentation style generally differs between men and women. However, it is important for each and everybody to maintain his or her conversation style according to the perception and acceptance level of others. An effective conversation style has the ability to develop an effective relationship between two individuals. On the other hand, an inadequate and inappropriate conversation process has the ability to hamper an effective relationship between two individuals.
The author has also stated that culture, background, education and other demographic elements are also responsible for an effective or an inadequate communication process that can have different effect on other individuals.
