The project is divided into 7 major components as project planning selection of the site work and laying down the foundation, framing, exterior dimensions, interior dimensions, ground work as to install the components and finally submission of the project document along with the necessary material for its acceptance by the concerned city department. The execution of the project will be completed with the observance of the critical path analysis, designing of the activities as on the basis of Gnat chart, monitoring and review and finally, the preparation of a report to the concerned authorities for its final approval. The project will be monitored as on the basis of the Gnat chart and with the help of the completed tasks as on regular and weekly basis. Any deviation from the approved activity chart will be reported to the top management for its rectification and necessary amendments in the overall execution plan of the project.
