The chosen site for this particular building project of a two-floor single dwelling house in the city of Cardiff may be impinged by the existence of several factors considering an undertaking of both basic desktop and site walk over. The assumptions considered in the assessment of these factors include the assumption that all the environmental and legal procedures related to the acquisition of land of the project have been satisfied. These environmental factors include the inadequate availability of sunshine at the site.
